At The Trusted Running Experts, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your stride. If your gear isn't performing to your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
